Client Access

The construction of a new parking area is planned for the future. In the meantime, please note that there is currently no parking for clients offered on-site. Until a new parking area is built, clients will be limited to street parking on John Street, or elsewhere, and subject to municipal restrictions. To attend at the office in-person, clients will be asked to park on John Street and use the City’s sidewalk to walk around to the front entrance on Bridge.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Should this prove difficult for anyone, we are encouraging clients to attend at the office remotely (such as by telephone or video conference) where possible. However, we are still open for in-person attendances by appointment for those who prefer it.

Additionally, due to the historic and residential character of this property, the building is, regrettably, not wheelchair accessible. Access is by the entrance fronting on Bridge Street and involves climbing four steps to enter into the building. If you wish to schedule an appointment, but believe your mobility will prevent you from accessing the building, please raise this issue with us and we will be grateful for the opportunity to find a suitable accommodation.

Please contact the office should you have any questions or concerns.
